AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF STATE FARM
MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AGAINST THE CITY
OF SAINT PAUL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to State Farm Mutual Auto-
mobile Insurance Company, the sum of $273.73, in full settlement of its
subrogation claim against the City of Saint Paul by reason of damages
sustained by its insured Robert F. Daly on March 10, 1364, in an accident
involving a City vehicle driven by Kenneth L. Bierman, at or near the
intersection of Minnesota Street and Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant upon
its execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be
approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner
aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take-effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
