Contractor, is composed of the following:
ADDED MOVING EXPENSE
Provide a11 equipment, maeerials, labor and supervision necessary to mobilize, load,
and transport basic household furnishings, appliances, furniture, etc. of the £ormer
owner (an elderly, frail widow) to her new location at 1058 Margaret Street. All
work was performed in accordance with PED instructions and the attached invoice 1k128b
dated 1J1148; and subject to:

A. Satisfactory completion of all contract stipulations and covenants as a
result of the aforementioned change and all work affected thereby;
B. The rights of the City are not prejudiced; and
C. A11 claims against Che City related to or as a consequence of the
aforementioned change are satisfied.
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 1.252.00 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-

Contractor's assistance in moving the former owner, a frail, elderly widow with severe
health problems; move her furniture and household.appliances to her new location at
1058 Margaret Street so that demolition operations at 1032 Conway Street might be
completed in a timely manner.
City will be able to proceed with demolition and provide a buildable lot for future
residential use.
