An ordinance amending Chapter 147 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to parking meter,zones and regulations. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health,and safetyA
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
SIDE OF
LOCATION ; STREET
Wabasha St. approx. 150 ft. south of Seventh St. East
Sixth St. approx: 140 ft. west of Jackson St. South
Section 2.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
SIDE OF
LOCATION STREET
Wabasha St. approx. 20 ft. south of Seventh St. West
Tenth St. approx. 65 ft. west of Robert St. South
Tenth St. approx. 87 ft. west of Robert St. South
Tenth St. approx. 109 ft. west of Robert St. South
Fifth St. approx. 45 ft. east of Wacouta St. North
Section 3.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
