Contractor, the specified date of completion is November 1, 1997 and the Contractor
did not complete the contract by said date of completion because the manufacture and delivery of
the control panel delayed progress of the Contractor,
and it is hereby
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, extends the time of completion
to 7une 1, 1998 and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul hereby does waive claim for liquidated
damages on this project.

Manufacture and delivery of the controi panel for the pump station delayed the Contractor's progress. This
issue was discussed at the Pre-Construction Conference even before the Contractor stazted work.
