An ordinance amending Chapter 146 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to limited time parking restrictions. This is an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 146.04, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Kent St. University Ave. Sherburne Ave. West
Dewey St. University Ave. Feronia Ave. West
Section 2.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Bush Ave. Cypress St. Earl St. Both
Section 3.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Aldine St. University Ave. St. Anthony Ave. West
Bush Ave. Cypress St. Earl St. South
University Ave. Oxford St. Chatsworth St. South

This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety. '
Section 5.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
