An ordinance amending Section 144.04 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code pertaining to general parking
restrictions, re- enacting Section 144.04(10).
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 144.04(10), which reads as follows:
11(10) No, vehicle or any part of a vehicle shall
be parked in any alley outside the congested district,
as the term congested district is defined -in the
City of Saint Paul Legislative Code 132.02 (41)
except for the purpose of loading and unloading,
within 5 feet of any driveway or garage entrance
or on the side of an alley opposite any driveway
or garage entrance within 20 feet of said driveway
or garage entrance;"
is hereby re- enacted.
Section 2. That'this ordinance shall take effect and be-in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
