Service ,Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving and adopting
rules and regulations therefor, "

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out
of Section 6, where they appear in Grade 49 under the heading "Manual
and Maintenance Group ", the titles "Sanitation Foreman" and "Supervisor
of Refuse Disposal "; and, by inserting said titles in Grade 51 under the
heading "Manual and Maintenance Group ".
r� Section 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by striking out of Section 6 where it appears
in Grade 53 under the heading "Manual and Maintenance Group ", the title

"Supervisor of Garbage Collection "; and, by inserting said title in Grade 55
under the heading "Manual and Maintenance Group ".
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the
first day of the first payroll period following thirty days after its passage,
approval, and publication.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved,August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the, same is hereby further amended by striking, out
of Section 6, where they appear in Grade 49 under the heading "ManVAl
and Maintenance Croup ", the titles "Sanitation Foreman" and "Supervisor
of Refuse Dip poelal't; and, by inserting said titles in Grade, 51 under the
heading "Manual and Maintenance Group ".
