An ordinance amending Chapter 146 of the Saint Paul Legislative J
Code, pertaining to limited time parking restrictions. This is an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. /
That Section 146.04, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
University Ave. Galtier St. Farrington St. North
Section 2.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Woodlawn Ave. Ford Pkwy. 300 ft. north of Both
Ford Pkwy.
Section 3.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Fairview Ave. Thomas Ave. Blair Ave. East
Woodlawn Ave. Ford Pkwy. 300 ft. north of East
Ford Pkwy.
Woodlawn Ave. Ford Pkwy. Highland Pkwy. West
Section 4.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 5.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
