An ordinance amending Chapter 367 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Window Cleaning.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 367.03 of the Saint Paul I
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) ",_,
where the same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof
the words and figures "Forty Dollars ($40.00) ", and further
by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Ten Dollars
($10.00) ", where the same do appear, and by inserting in
lieu thereof the words and figures "Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
