An ordinance amending Chapter 369 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Repair Business.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 369 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting the same
therefrom and inserting the following in lieu and in place
thereof:
"369.01. No person, firm or corporation shall
engage in the business of repairing and
servicing of appliances and tools of any kind
whatsoever within the limits of the City of
Saint Paul without first having obtained a
license so to do in accordance with the terms
and provisions of this Chapter.
"This Chapter shall not apply-to any person who
is licensed to conduct any other business pursuant
to the provisions of the Legislative Code.
"369.02. The amount to be paid for a license in
accordance with the provisions of this Chapter
shall be the stun of Forty -Five Dollars ($45.00)
per year. Application for such license shall be
made to the City Clerk."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
