An ordinance amending Chapter 377 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining.to
Rental of Hospital Equipment. '
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 377.02 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Thirty Dollars ($30.00) ", where the
same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "Forty -Five Dollars ($1+5.00) ", and further by
deleting therefrom the words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00)11,
where the same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the
words and figures "Ten Dollars ($10.00) ".
Section 2. This ordknance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
