An ordinance amending Chapter 405 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Public Dance Halls.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 405.04 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the figures 1$30.00 ", where the same do apper, and by
inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "Forty -Five
Dollars ($45.00)11; further by deleting therefrom the figures
11$60.00'', where the same do appear, and by inserting in lieu
thereof the words and figures "Eighty Dollars ($80.00) ";
further by deleting therefrom the figures 11$80.00 ", where the
same'do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words and
figures "One Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) "; further by
deleting therefrom the figures "$120.0011, where the same do
appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures
"One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
