An ordinance amending Chapter 354 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Public Benches.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 354.01(4) of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
figures 11$5.0011, where the same do appear, and by inserting
in lieu thereof-the-words and-figures "Eight Dollars ($8.00)"i
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
