An ordinance amending Chapter 339 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Peddling.
THE COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 339.04 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00) ", where the
- same do appear, and inserting in lieu thereof the words and
figures "Ten Dollars ($10.00)11, and further by deleting the
words and figures "Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00)11, where the
same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "Thirty Dollars ($30.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
