An ordinance amending Chapter 366 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Pawn Shops.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 366.02 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the figures '1$240.00'1, where the same do appear, and by
inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "Two Hundred
h Seventy -Five Dollars ($275.00)11.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
