An ordinance amending Chapter 308 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Intoxicating Liquor.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 308.17 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($11500.00)131
where the same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof
the words and figures "Seventeen Hundred Fifty Dollars
($1,750.00) ", and further by deleting the words and figures
"Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) ", where the same do
appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words and
figures "Eight Hundred Seventy -Five Dollars ($875.00)11.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication. s
