An ordinance amending Chapter 352 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Liquid Fuel Dealers.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 352.04 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Thirty Dollars ($30.00) ", where the
same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "Rrty -Five Dollars ($45.00) ".
Section 2. That Section 352.05 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is ,Whereby amended by adding the following
thereto:
"The annual license fee for each liquid
fuel delivery vehicle shall be at the rate
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) ".
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
