An ordinance amending Chapter 378 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Insect Spraying.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 378.02 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Thirty Dollars ($30.00) "1 where the
same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "Forty -Five Dollars ($45.00) "9 and further by
deleting the words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00) ", where
the same do appear, and by inserting the words and figures
"Ten Dollars ($10.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
