An ordinance amending Chapter 356 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Processing and Distributing' .1ce Cream Products.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Se-etion 1. That Section 356.02 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ", where the
same do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words
and figures "One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) ", and further
by deleting the words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00) ",
where the same do appear, and by inserting the words and
figures Mn Dollars ($10.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in foree thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
