An ordinance amending Chapter 335 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Hotels.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 335.05 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting the same
therefrom and inserting the following in lieu and in place
thereof:
"The annual license fee for conducting a
hotel which has not to exceed twenty rooms
shall be the sum of Seventy Dollars ($70.00)
per year; the fee for conducting a hotel
which has twenty -one to fifty rooms shall
be the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
per year; and if more than fifty rooms are
used for hotel purposes, an additional sum
of Two Dollars ($2.00) per year for each
additional room."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in.force thirty (30) days after its passage, approvalrand
publication.
