An ordinance amending Chapter 383 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Florists.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That Section 383.03 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Thirty Dollars ($30.00) ", where
the same-do appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the
words and figures "Forty -Five Dollars ($45.00) ", and
further by deleting therefrom, where the same do appear,
the words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00)" and by
inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "Ten
Dollars ($10.00)".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
