An ordinance amending Chapter 361 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Sale of Christmas Trees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 361.03 of the Saint Pain
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) "g
where the same do appears and by inserting in lieu thereof
the words and figures "Forty Dollars ($ )+0.00)11.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
