An ordinance amending Chapter 350 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Bulk Oil Storage.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 350.03 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)",
where the same do appear, and by inserting in lieu
thereof the words and _figures "One,. Hundred Fifty Dollars
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
