An ordinance amending Chapter 391 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Bituminous
Contractors.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 391.06 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
words and figures "Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ", where the same do
appear, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures
"Sixty Dollars ($60.00)'x.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
