An ordinance amending Chapter 358 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Well Drillers.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 358.02 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words and figures "Twenty -Five Cents ($.25) ", where
the same do appear, and by, inserting in lieu thereof the
words and figures "Five Dollars ($5.00) ".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and
publication.
