THE COUNCIL OF TEIE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 466.07, Minnesota
.Statutes 1963, and upon delivery to the Corporation Caunsel of a� satis-
r .faction of judginent obtained in the Conciliation Court, Fredrick C.
Douglass be paid $.190.44 out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421 in
•full payment of damages to his vehicle as a result of an accident
involving a Department of Parks and R�creation. and Publ.ic Buildings
� � vehicle owned by tlie City of Saint Paul and operated by Daniel Slater,
,a/k/a Steve Slater, while in the performance of his official duties,
,on February 4, 1965, on Univer.sity Avernie, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
