Section 1. T'hat the amonnt of $9,350.00 paid by the
State of Minnesota by Draft No. 194663 be credited to Special
Fund No. 3710 to be retained by and nsed by the Department of
Pa=ks and Recreation and Public Buildings for park purposes.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
