An orclinance amending Ordinance No. 3250, entitled:
"An administrative ordinan.ce relating to the Civi].
Service Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving and adopting
rules and regulations therefor, "
approved August 20, 1914, as amended. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety. ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by inserting in
Section 7, in its proper alphabetical order under the heading "Special
Alarm and L�i htin�g)
Employments", the t-�.tle "Helper o�i-e�c�nd-�'ire-�e3-ar�rr)". .
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
he alth and s af ety.
Section 3. This ordi_n.ance shall take effect and be i.n force from
and after its pas sage, approval, and publication.
