The City of St. Paul will be celebrating the inauguration of Mayor and City Council the first week of January, 1998 at
various locations throughout the City. Associated with the inauguration will be a number of festivities including, but not
�ited to: Prayer Breakfast, Swearing In Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Inaugural Reception and Ball and a Family
