, ` Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-4�21,

t ; to Great Northern Insurance Company on behalf of its ir�surecl

' Howard Melco, the sum of $200.00, in full settlement of its
� claim for damages and in�uries sustained on or about November 21,
1g65, as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Couneil on December 20, 1g65. �
Section 2. That said aum shall �be paid to: the said
_ claimant� .Great Northern Snsurance Company� �pon its exeeution
and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to
be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages and
in�uriea s�zatained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordina.rice shall take effect and
be in force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
