An� ordinance amending Section 60.05(f) of the
�aint Paul 'Legislative Code� pertaining to
fi�lling station permits.

, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAIIL DOE� ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the last sentence of Section 60.05(f) of .
the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows: �
,� . .
"Any filling station for which a permit has been granted
� by the Council must �;�b.e completed within six months from
the effective date of such permit and� if not so
completed� the permit shall be null and void; provided�
however� that when practical difficulties prevent
completion within said period and for good cause shown�
the Council may extend a filling statiori permit� whether
expired or not� without additional notice for one or
more six-month periods."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and� after its passage� approval and
publication.
