THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No, i3679, approved August 22, �g67,
Section 10, is amended to read: C
"With reference to the annual capital budget for s968
to be adopted by the Council prior to December 31, 1g67,
the Coun.cil may consider the .recommended budget for
ig68 submitted by the St. Paul �Long Range Capital
Improvement Budget Committee in its Re.port No. 2 .
dated July 1g67, hereinbefore referred to , and 'any "��
amendments or supple�ents thereto submitted by the
Committee. The capital budget for 1g68 shall be
adopted by the Council by res�olution without any - '
public �hearing thereon: "
' Section 2. This ordinance shall take effec�;�nd be in force
thirty (3.0) days after its passage, .approval -and pi�blication.
