THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOE5 ORDAIN: i SECTION y. Th t Section 81.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amendedi, be and the same is further amended by deleting the same and sub tituting in lieu and in place thereof the following: ; "81. 02. Charges. Anyone desiring to use I tl�e Saint Paul Municipal Auditorium or the various , '' ha�lls and theatres therein shall g�.y for such use Y thi following enumerated charges: � ; (1) AR.ENA . I I (a)- For the use of the ARENA there shall � be paid as rent a base charge of �450. 00 per. day, which shall cover all costs_ not directly chargeable to any particular • � opening. SECTION 2. � That Section 81.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended; be an.d the same is further amended by deleting the words " � uperintendent of the Auditorium" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Director of the Auditorium" ; and by deleting the wor� s "Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia"�and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Commissioner of Libr ries, Auditorium and Civic Buildings" . ^ SECTION 3. That Section 81.08 of the Saint Paul__ Legislative Code, as amended�, be and the sa.me is further amended by deleting the words ",superintendent of the Auditorium" and inserting in lieu thereof� the z,rords '!Director of the Auditorium" ; and by deleting the wor�ds "Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia"I and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium and Civic Buildings" . � SECTION 4.
