, Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421 to State Farm-�N�itual Automobile
Insurance Company and its insured, Joseph L. Rhode, the sum o£ $111.78, ,
in fulllsettlement of their claim for damages sustained on or about
