� Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 6�+,
inclusive, of the Sai.nt Paul I�egislative Code, perta,� to Use I7istricta,
Height Districts, and Rezoning of certain properties in the City of Saint
Paul, as amended, be and the same is hereby �.irther amended so as to rezone
the following described property from "B" Residence District to "C-1"
Residence�District, to-wit: �
� The South 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3
• and �F, Block �-7, St. Anthony Pask North;
situate on property located on the west side of Cleveland Avenue between
Kna,pp and Scudder Streets in the City of Saint Paul. "
� Section 2. This ordinance sha11 take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion. '
