A.n Ordinance establishing regulations
governing parking at Saint P'aul Technical-
Vocational Institute and amending Chapter
� 144 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
THE COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDASN:
6ection 1. That Chapter 144 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding a section to
be designated as 144.18, as followss ` �
144.18. Technical-Vo ac tional Institute Parking.
' a. No person shall stop� stand or park any
motor vehicle on the land or premises of the Saint
Paul Technical-Vocational Institute at any time
except parking of designated vehicles shall be per- _ ,.
mitted on those portions of said premises within and
in accordance with regulations as indicated by appro-
priate signs and markings� and only after obtaining a .
permit to do so from the principal of said Institute
and displaying said permit on the vehicle.
b. Appropriate signs shall be erected and the
parking areas suitably marked so as to clearly des-
igna.te the restrictions set forth herein.
�ection 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 days after its passage� approval and publication.
