An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3250 •

relating to the Civil Service Bureau of
the City of Saint Paul, approving and .
adopting rules and regulations therefor, "
approved August 20, 1914, as amended by
Ordinance No. 13696, approved August 30,
1967. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety.
THE COIINCIL OF TflE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
, Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250 of the City of Saint Paul,
approved August 20, 1914, as amended by Ordinance No. 13696, ap- -
proved �August �0, • 196.7, be and the same is hereby amended by
striking Section 4 from said Ordinance No. 1.3696, in its entir��ty, - ,
and substituting in lieu and in place thereof the following: , . *

and be in force on the first day of the first payroll ,
period following January 1, 1968". �
