THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAIlVT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: �
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914, ; '�
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out �

Section 29, and by substituting in lieu thereof the following: "

"SERVICE RATINGS-- �
�
Tmmediately after March 31 and Septe�mber 30 of each year,
employees shall be ra-Eed so as to indicate their work and ;�
� conduct during the six-month period ending on such March 31 �
and September 30, respectively. The ratings shall be for- "
warded to the Civi]. Service Bureau not later than the following �
April 30 and October 31, and shall be� made available for "
employee inspection from and after tYi�e following May 15 and �
November 15, as the case may be. Emplbyees shall be rated '
by the officers in the best position to �judge their work and a
conduct. Ratings shall be made' on the official rating sheet , C
provided by the Civil Service Bureau�by listing the name of �
each employee in the column which best describes the kind of �
service he has rendered during the rati.ng period. " _ •
