THE COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: �
Section l. That Section 363.03 of the Saint Paul Legislative , �
Code be and the� same is hereby amended by' adding thereto the
following words, to be designated as subparagraph (d) : #

" (d) Al1 solicitors shall carry, at all ; j
ti.mes while engaged as provided in subparagraph (a) , �
an identification card to be furnished by the License � �
�Inspector bearing the solicitor's photograph and such �
other information as the Chief of Police may require, 1
for which a fee of $2.00 must be paid to the License i
� Inspector. Each solicitor shall, upon request, e�ibit �
said identification card for inspection. "

;� Section 2. That Section 363.06 be and the same is hereby
�� amended by striking the same and substitnting in place and in '
lieu thereof the following: ,

"363.06. Conniction _ of a licensee or solicitor
� of a violation of any provision of this chapter or any
other ordinance, Charter provision or statute shall
be grounds for revocation of any license issued under �
� this chapter. ° �

� Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication. �
