THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT Pk�IL DOES ORUAIN: ��

Section 1. � That -the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay aut of the Tort Liability F�nd 0035-421, to John W. Miller, the

sum of �108.16, in full settlemant of his� claim for damage to �his property �
. ,
at �609 Eustis Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, as more particularly set out ��
in a. communication to the City Council on Novembar 30, 1966.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant �
upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a }
form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damage sustai.ned �
. �
in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval and p�blication. �
