to pay out of t�e Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Eugene P. Stepaniak :r

and Nancy Stepaniak, husband and wife, the sum of $613.19, in full settlement ,�°

� of their•claim for damages and injuries sustained on February 19, 1967, f ;

as a result of an accident involving a City vehicle driven by Edward Quast, �

at or neax the intersection of Earl Street and Orange Avenue, Saint Paul, '1
