The property is an irregularly shaped "tract with a frontage of 172 feet along Shepard Road; 330 feet along Norfolk Avenue and 240 feet along Rankin Street; and an ar�a of 60,250 � square feet. The area zoning is as follows: North and East, Light Industry; West "B" Residence; and - South unassigned. Much of the area to the North and East has been rezoned to Light Industry in recent � years. The Comprehensive Plan recommends Light Indus- try for the property and for the area to the North and East. a � It was the findings of the Board that the rezoning would be in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan and with area uses.
