Klos to rezone from "C" Residence to Commercial property located at the , northeast corner of Hudson Road and Luella Avenue described as: Lots 9 and 10, also the westerly 100 feet of Lots 4 and 5, and the northerly 35 feet of Lot 8, Block 8, Hudson Road Gardens , (except highway. ) This matter was considered at the May 4, 1967 Board of Zoning meeting. The property has 275 feet of frontage on Luella and 410 feet along Hudson Road with an area of approximately 97,000 square feet. The area zoning is west and north, "C" Residence; east,�Commercial. The area uses �are the following: west, multi- ple-family; north, vacant; east, a filling station, grocery store, and carwash; and south, highway right-of-way. ' It was the findings of the Board that the rezoning would be a reasonable expansion of a Commercial district provided the pro- perty be used for offices only, that there be no further Commer- cial expansion in the area, that the property to the north and east be retained in "C" Residence, and that all major Commercial development be east of Ruth Street.
