AN ORDINANCE SETT�ING THE CLAIM OF ROBERT E. '
' YOUNG AGAINST Tf-� CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
TE� COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OP SAINT PAUL DOE5 ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund OU35-421, to Robert E. Young,

' the sum of $274.88, in full settlement of his claim for damages sustained
� on October 30, 1968, as a rasult of an accident involving a City vehicle
� driven by Robert W. Steil, at or near 1160 Palace Street, Sai.nt Paul,
� Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said clai.mant
, upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City,
i.n a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in farce thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
