THE COIJIJCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
._ -- Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
" ' � to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Arthur Biever,
.-{ the swn of $150.OU,, in full sef'�aent of his clai.un for damages sustained

- on October 28, 1968,, as a resul't of an accident involving a City vehicle

driven by John Okoneski,. at or near the intersection of 8th and Olive
-� Streets, Saint Panl, Minnesota. ,
Section 2. That said sim► shall be paid to the said claimant ;
upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
, sustained in the manner aforesaid. �
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty days after its passage, approval and publica.tion.

BIEVER AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
1HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN;
Section l. Tliat the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Arthur Biever, ,
the stun of $150.00, in full settlnent of his claim for da.mages susta3ned
on October 28, 1968, as a result of an accident involving a City vehicle
driven by John Okoneski, at or near the intersoction o� 8th and OlivQ
Streets, Saint Paul, Minne�ota.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon his execution and delivery o£ a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Sectibn 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in £orce thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
