An ordinance amending Chapter 291 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended,
pertaining to the distribution and sale
of food.

Section l. That Section 291.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, as amended, . be and the same is hereby further amended by
striking from Subdivision 1(b)_ thereof, the words "Class F Ice
Plant . . . $75.00" where the same do appear. �
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
