THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: ,
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6446, approved Janua.ry 23, 1925,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the

"�Special occasions of six or seven days sha11 be paid a weekly scale.
Broken time, fractions of a week, or" service of less than six days,
shall be computed on a basis of a six-day week.

�Hourly services rendered between 8:00 a.m. and 12;00 midnight
shall be compensated at the rate of $4. 00 per hour, and hourly
services rendered between 12;00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. shall be
compensated at the rate of $8. 00 per hour.
'� When an employee is called to work and is paid the hourly rate, he
shall be guaranteed three hourst pay.
. When three department heads, i. e. , the Head Flyman, the Propertyman,
and the Stage Electrician, are represented on the same performance,
" hourly services for these three employees rendered between 8:00 a. m.
and 12;00 midnight shall be compensated at the rate of $4. 25 per hour;
and hourly services rendered between 12;00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the
first day of the first payroll period following thirty days after its passage,

This ordinance adjusts the salaries for the stage employees in the
Auditorium. The weekly rate is increased from $150. 00 to $173. 00.
The performance rates are increased from $13. 00 and $15. 00 to
$16. 00 and $18. 00 respectively. The hourly rates are increased from
$3. 50 and $3. 75 to $4. 00 and $4�5 respectively. A three hour minimum
for hourly employees is also included.
