of sanitary sewage, and regu—
lating the conditions thereof.
��This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the
preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
"°"'�` � Section l. That permission�`is hereb� granted to David 'Gurrola to - ' �
connect his homestead at 1871 White Bear Avenue, Maplewood, the same
beirig all that tract or parcel of land in the Coun.ty of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota, more particularly described as Lot 6, Block l, Garden
Acres, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey Coun.ty, Minnesota, with the existing
sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions :
a. That said permittee or his 'successors in interest,
in respect to said real estate, shall pay to the City of
Saint Paul the sum of Six Dollars (�6.00) per frontage foot
/� of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of one
� hun.dreci (100�) feet, said sum to be in lieu of special
' assessments , and taxes on account of the sewer service,
and �upon payment of said sum, � said permittee or his
successor in interest in respect of said real estate shall
be granted a permit to construct, maintain and operate
a sewer con.n.ection connecting said premises with the
public sewer, representing an extension of the public
sewer system of the City of Saint Paul in White Bear Avenue
along the line of. the same, for the drainage of sanitary
sewage from said premises , and the disposition of same,
through �he public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul ;

b. Permittee or his successors shall , within ninety
(g0) days from the passage of this ordinance, file a
written acceptance thereof, specifically agreeing to all
the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon
compliance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works
- is hereby authorized to issue a permit for said sewer
extension, subject expressly to the provisions of this
ordinance and Sections 235.08 and 235.14 inclusive, of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergen.cy
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon
i�s passage, approval and publication. .
