D001317, ��, L� • 1 � CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA OF�'ICE OF THE MAYOR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER DATE: ��997 �-_ a, q� 1 WHEREAS, the City will conduct its lOth Annual Conference for Clerical Staff on October 8 and 9, 2 1996, at the Como Lakeside Pavilion. 3 WHEREAS, the conference, titled `2'ersonal Tools for Success", will provide up to two hundred fifry 4 (250) City employees, or one hundred twenty-five (125) City employees each day, with an opportunity to 5 attend workshops and lectures designed to enhance productivity and interpersonal skills. 7 WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources, is responsible for providing the following costs: 8 - A service cost to St. Paul Technical College for subcontracting workshop speakers and providing 9 conference folders and materials. 10 - Lunch, refreshments, and other miscellaneous supplies for up to 250 individuals. 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the Office of Human Resources be authorized to reimburse 12 vendors for the above costs incurred, not to exceed Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) which will be paid • 13 out of the General Fund, Activity 00157.
