� THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

_ ? Section 1. That the proper city officers are hereby author-
i�zed �and 'directed to' pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund
, Og10-421 to George D. Wothe and Phyllis M. Wothe, the sum of
Five Hundred Twenty-five and No�100 Dollars (�525.00) in full
� settlement of their claim for damages and in.juries sustained as
, a result of, the change of grade of Ross Avenue which runs
� adjac.ent �to the property described as follows:
', The South�. 1�2 of Lots 11, 12, 13, an.d 14, Block 5,
� Denslow' s Rearrangement of Lots �, 6-, 7, 8, 9, 10, '�
� 11, 12, Block 2, Lots 9, 10; 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
� , 16, 17, 18, 19, Block 3, and Lot 11, Block 4,
; Cruickshank� s Garden Lots of the City of Saint
� Paul, according to the plat thereof on file and
� of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
? in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota.

� Section 2. That said sum shall be in ad'dition to the Fifty
tDollars (�50.00) awarded previously as damages under resolution
� of the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul, C. F. 224732, approved�• t
; August 4, 1965, which was allowed to George D. Wothe and Phyllis
; M. Wothe. _

� � Section 3. That said sum shall be �paid to the said claimants
1upon their execution and delivery o� a release in full to the City
, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for each and
� every type of damage and injury sustained to the property.

SQCtion 3. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimants
upon their execution and delivery of a releaae in full to the City
